Island Recipe: Jamaican Rum Spheres

These famous Jamaican rum spheres are insanely delicious and super easy to make because no baking is needed. Their consistency is truffle-like and they should be the size of a golfball. Their chocolate-y goodness will impress your gang at home, but they're also great as gifts -- just put them inside a cool tin or basket, like this one. You can switch ingredients and make them with dark chocolate instead of white chocolate, or use bourbon instead of rum. We like to make these with Cruzan or Don Q rum, for a truly authentic island taste. Give them a try!
